We are looking for a candidate with:

HCE Analyst I level:

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

HCE Analyst II level:

2 years data analysis experience in any of the following areas: Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Accounting

Education: Bachelor's Degree Math, Statistics, Data Science, Actuarial, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field; or equivalent work experience (Two years' relevant work experience is equivalent to one-year college)

What your day may look like:
  • Examine and identify data patterns and trends to help answer business questions and improve decision making.
  • Perform analytic research, experience studies, and statistical analyses and calculations.
  • Research and apply knowledge of existing and emerging statistical and data science principles, theories, and techniques.
  • Explain analysis to technical and non-technical audiences of both internal and external customers, including senior leadership and physicians.
  • Make proficient use of spreadsheets (Excel), programming languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.), and other relevant software to capture and manipulate data and complete modeling tasks.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
