Creative Marketing Lead-Video Producer

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee project budgets and manage project scope against client expectations
  • Coordinate feedback and revisions during post-production
  • Draft production plans
  • Lead meetings with internal stakeholders of the project
  • Provide ongoing communication to ensure the project team are informed
  • Organize video shoots, book crews
  • Ensure that the shoot days run smoothly and on time
  • Produce effective videos to serve campaign priorities
  • Assist regional and global teams to produce videos world wide
  • Coordinate contracted videographers, editors and post-production artists
  • Lead coordination of internal staff and contractors doing work related to video and multimedia, as necessary
  • Craft proposals around video strategy
  • Cultivate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Track impact metrics and analyze and share lessons learned during debrief and reflection periods for campaigns and projects
  • Work with the wider creative services team (copyrighters, designers etc) and implement internal workflow processes for video production utilizing full team support
  • Distribute video footage to partners and stakeholders for review and feedback
  • Review briefs to make sure all details are included in order to move forward with the project
  • Travel: This role may require occasional travel
