Newborn Hospitalist

We have an exciting opportunity to join our group as a Newborn Hospitalist, providing care for well newborns in the San Antonio area.
Responsibilities
As a Newborn Hospitalist, you will provide Level I support to multiple nurseries with a flexible schedule and no delivery attendance, no home call, and no overnight shifts There are approximately 28,400 deliveries per year practice-wide. This position also includes opportunities to participate in education, quality improvement, and/or research. We welcome inquiries from experienced pediatricians as well as newly graduating residents. NICU support on site for transfer of care. Circumcision experience preferred but proctoring available Post Residency Newborn Hospitalist experience a plus
