In this position, you will take ownership of essential compensation activities, including policy management, stakeholder advisory, responding to inquiries, bonus and salary forecasting, budgeting, planning, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in European compensation regulation and participate in broader global compensation projects.
