Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for providing all levels of pharmacy clinical services. This includes monitoring patient medication regimens and providing appropriate interventions as well as supporting all aspects of pharmacy operations. This position is a Clinical Care Float. These are 8 hour shifts, Monday thru Friday and every 5th weekend. You will cover ICU on the weekend shift and "as needed" during the weekday.

What qualifications you will need:

Bachelor of Science RequiredPharmD from an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy, a Doctor of Pharmacy from an ACPE-accredited college of pharmacy is preferredMinimum of 1 year of hospital clinical pharmacy experience or at least 2 years of general hospital pharmacyCompletion of hospital PGY1/pharmacy general practice residency or fellowship highly preferredSpecialty BCPS certification preferredActive pharmacist license in good standing with the appropriate Missouri State Board of PharmacyMissouri Medications Therapy Management Certification within 60 days of hire.
