As a Management and Program Analyst, you will be developing and ensuring implementation of quality assurance (QA) and other applicable quality requirements. You will also review, monitor and evaluate the Office of Environmental Management (EM), Los Alamos (LA) field office, and its QA implementation and verify compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and DOE Orders. MAJOR DUTIES: As a Management and Program Analyst, you will: Advise management regarding contractor quality assurance (QA) Validate audit assessment results and oversee the corrective action process. Identify, develop, analyze new or modified administrative program policies, regulations, or objectives. Conduct follow-up reviews to assure that corrective actions have been carried out.
