RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Workday Techno Functional Analyst in Falls Church, VA.Duties Include:
  • Perform full system regression testing for Workday updates to ensure security access and integrations are functioning as expected
  • As a Workday Techno Functional Analyst, you will provide techno-functional support for day-to-day user requests
  • Develop and document technical specifications, develop test conditions, conduct acceptance testing, and implement solutions; Help troubleshoot issues and processes, and aggressively drive toward resolutions


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience of deep configuration, roll-out, and integration expertise within Workday, ideally within several of the following modules: Core HCM, Payroll, Absence, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Learning, PRISM, Talent Optimization, Recruiting and Time Tracking
  • Strong hands-on experience in Workday technologies - Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Advanced Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Cloud Connect (CCB, CCW, PICOF, PECI), Configurable Security, Calculated Fields, Custom fields, XML/XSLT, Studio, BIRT Reporting & data analytics
  • Basic understanding on the Security Configuration and Business Process setup
  • Workday Extend experience including Orchestration and PMD scripting
  • Experience in Workday production support, including, but not limited to, researching, and resolving system problems, troubleshooting data issues/corrections
  • Candidate should be proficient in all the delivered HCM processes and reports, suggest best practices
  • Ability to understand business needs, troubleshoot issues, diagnose root cause, and provide potential solutions to problems
  • The drive to own impactful projects through to completion and recognize and drive opportunities for improvement with minimal oversight
  • Excellent communication and people skills; Must maintain confidential information, have strong critical thinking skills, and be able to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks on assignments
  • Proven history of strong decision-making, organizational, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, dynamic environment


The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note: Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
