Reminiscent of the grand Parisian hotels of the 1920s, this luxury hotel features 215 rooms, over 5,000 square feet of meeting space and 4 food and beverage outlets. This includes a restaurant, 2 bars, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?

As a Lead Esthetician, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Perform massage and/or facials and body treatments
  • Utilize, maintain and conduct inventory of supplies and products both retail and professional to include monthly inventory counts
  • Participate in the Spa MOD program to include overseeing operations, facilitating guest recovery and team member support
  • Train and audit on the Brand Standards per Forbes
  • Maintain facility cleanliness and input HOTSOS tickets when applicable
  • Maintain records as required by federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Perform general Spa duties, as needed
  • Train and coach established standards for all estheticians and nail technicians
  • Orientation and training of new hires
  • Assist in scheduling of treatment team

Qualifications for Experience Treatment Specialist

Must have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Esthetician
  • Must have license from state of Illinois
  • Strong English language skills and communication skills, written and verbal
  • Professional presentation
  • Ability to work with maximum accuracy
  • Efficiency and attention to detail, maintaining a keen sense of urgency at all times
  • Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment, must be self-directed, motivated and demonstrate exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and openly in all interactions
  • Ability to actively demonstrate initiative in job performance, including anticipating what needs to be done before it becomes a necessity
  • Excels in a team environment
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality of guest information and pertinent hotel data
  • Basic computer skills

Strongly preferred:

  • 5 Star experience highly preferred
  • Luxury experience
  • Training in Forbes standards of service preferred
