We seek a passionate Ecosystem Partner (EP) to join our dynamic Immunology team in Southern California. In this role, youâll be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions and establishing powerful relationships with key influencers across leading Health Care Organizations (HCOs), including Large Consolidated Groups (LCGs), Venture Capital/Private Equity (VC/PE) firms, IDNs, and Regional Payers.

 

The Ecosystem Partner will ultimately establish a broad, deep, and coordinated network of relationships to elevate UCBâs reputation, align on initiatives to prioritize targeted patient populations, identify innovative partnerships and achieve affordable product access for patients.

 

What you will do:

 

  • Lead the Charge: Set strategic direction and develop partnerships with C-Suite executives and health stakeholders to elevate UCBâs reputation and ensure our products reach the patients who need them most.
  • Build and Innovate: Identify and engage with key influencers, co-develop strategies, and implement impactful initiatives to optimize patient access within influential HCOs.
  • Be a Change Maker: Deliver UCBâs differentiated immunology value proposition to top decision-makers, driving awareness and advocacy for our life-changing treatments.
  • Collaborate and Succeed: Work closely with internal teams to maximize product access and affordability, contributing to a shared vision of better health outcomes for patients.
  • Lead with Expertise: Bring your deep understanding of immunology, healthcare economics, and value-based care models to the table, making a tangible difference in the healthcare landscape.

 

Who you will work with:

 

  • Immunology Clinical, Immunology Patient Value Team, Population Health, Utilization Management, Quality
  • Regional payers/IDNs â strategically coordinated with PVT and RAE colleagues
  • Key decision makers, immunology formulary influencers, and stakeholders aligned to the accounts.

 

Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills.

 

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelorâs degree in life sciences, business, or healthcare
  • A minimum of 5 years in immunology, market access, sales leadership, marketing, or related fields, with 3 years in key account management.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masterâs degree
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, influence key stakeholders, and execute strategic plans.
  • Market Savvy: Expertise in US Immunology, Regional Payer/IDN, PE/VC, and Healthcare delivery systems.
  • Communicator & Collaborator: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong track record of business planning and execution.
  • Tech-Savvy & Insightful: Digital literacy and an understanding of how data drives customer engagement and patient value.
