This Medical Office Specailist opportunity is full time , offers full benefits and a convenient day shift schedule. Responsible for overall functioning of the medical office, which includes patient scheduling check in and check out, insurance authorizations, medical records and supply management. Answers phone calls and routes to appropriate party. In a firm, but pleasant manner makes sure that patient is aware of their financial responsibility regarding their co-pay, balance due or any deductible they may have.
