We’ll count on you to be digitally savvy and possess an agile mindset, creativity, and data (sensory, consumer, observational) interpretation/presentation skills.
Establish cross-functional partnerships with Product Development, Quality, Marketing, Strategic Business Unit, and Innovation functions
Interpret data to form conclusions that translate into actionable insights
Coordinate test execution with external research vendors as appropriate (contract management, screener, questionnaire, test plan, product preparation protocols, etc.
Conduct data analysis and interpretation in the context of historical organizational knowledge
Evaluate and apply new and existing sensory and consumer research methods to provide custom solutions to specific product development concerns
Bachelors, Masters, or PHD Degree in sensory science, psychology, food science, user experience, or related field
1+ years of professional OR academic experience in sensory or consumer research
1+ years of knowledge and experience applying sensory methodology and consumer research techniques (qualitative and quantitative)
1+ years of analytical and data interpretation experience
1+ years of experience moderating groups online and in person is preferred
1 + years of software knowledge with Eyequestion, XLSTAT is preferred
