Become a Hospice Nurse Practitioner with Agape Care Group
Are you committed to providing quality, compassionate care? As a hospice and palliative care nurse practitioner at Agape Care, you’ll provide patients with diagnosis, treatment, and care under the supervision of a physician. In this role, you’ll focus on providing palliative care. Most importantly, you’ll assist families along their health care journeys with love and compassion.

Graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing.
Experience: 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice background preferred.
