Project Engineer

Accumulation of 4-6 years of pertinent experience and an active Professional Engineer (PE) license
Demonstrated proficiency in a minimum of three of the following areas: building sciences, roof consulting, forensic engineering, concrete restoration, commercial waterproofing, capital reserve studies, building facades, and fenestration
Willingness to undertake on-site inspections, including ascending roofs, navigating confined spaces, and conducting field investigations
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effectively imparting technical information to diverse audiences
Robust problem-solving capabilities and an analytical mindset for identifying and addressing intricate challenges
