Nursing services delivered by the Shahbazim are supervised by and directly accountable to the director of nursing (DNS) through the licensed nurses in the homes. The Primary Care Nurse coordinates referrals to other members of the clinical support team, families and physicians. The Primary Care Nurse serves as the point of contact for elder information.
