Assists management with the supervision of associates in assigned area of responsibility by assigning duties to associates; training associates on processes and procedures; providing direction and guidance to associates on member service approaches and techniques to ensure member complaints and issues are resolved according to company guidelines; ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures; supporting the Open Door Policy; processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts; Oversees assigned area of responsibility by handling claims and returns; arranging and organizing merchandise; utilizing cart retrieval equipment according to company policies and procedures; Completes accounting records, files, transactions, and other required documentation by following accounting office procedures; providing funds for proper register operation; creating and interpreting financial analysis reports; preparing daily deposits; preparing and overseeing Cash Fund Transfers; investigating overages and shortages in cash register drawers and accounting office; and maintaining confidentiality and accuracy of financial and personal information.

Live Better U is a company paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates. The hourly wage range for this position is $19.The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
