In this pivotal role, you will provide critical support to our Global Reprocessing, Sterilization, and Biocompatibility department, collaborating with internal stakeholders to plan, execute, and validate essential testing processes. This role requires an experienced professional who can operate with minimal supervision, leading projects, maintaining lab standards, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. 
 
Conduct validation and maintenance of reprocessing and sterilization equipment. 

~ Develop and refine standard operating procedures to enhance lab efficiency. 

~ Deliver comprehensive training to laboratory personnel on procedures, practices, and equipment use. 

 
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, microbiology, biology, or related field, or relevant certification with 5+ years of direct lab experience in reprocessing reusable medical devices. 

~2-5 years of experience in a regulated GMP or GLP laboratory environment. 

~ Expertise in analytical lab test methods and data analysis, particularly in protein, hemoglobin, and carbohydrate detection. 

~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel for data analysis.
