Position: ARRT certified CT Tech (CT AND XR)
Location: Grant Medical Center (Level I Trauma)
This position prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.
Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.
Places patient in proper positions for procedures, adhering to department policy regarding routine.
Typical volume or census for dept. 270-290 scans per day.
Job Requirements
~2 years of experience may consider less if candidate holds Level I or Level II exp.
~ Large hospital/Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
~ Graduate of an accredited radiography program
~ OH State License required, pending license is accepted
~ Registered with ARRT
~ BLS
~ Experience with GE and/or Toshiba/Cannon equipment

Schedule Information
~ Shift: 3x12's Nights (1800-0630); every other Saturday, holidays as assigned

Unit Specific Information
~ Unit details: GE CT equipment presently in use GE and Toshiba/Cannon.

Additional Details
~ Charcoal grey scrubs, EPIC EMR.
~* Hospice, Home Health, or anyone required to drive for their position: Requires a copy of driver's license with them at all times.
~* This does not expire for the client.
~ Of note, the 'date declared' on the form should be the date that the candidate began living in the state, not the date the form was signed.
