San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital's Behavioral Health Center located in PALM SPRINGS, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Therapist for our Outpatient Program.

POSITION DETAILS:

The Licensed Clinical Therapist performs a wide range of patient care activities that are integral to the overall mental health treatment of patients as directed by the Director of the Behavioral Health Center and the Medical Director of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital. The Licensed Clinical Therapist is a vital member of the multidisciplinary treatment team and is competent in the delivery of clinical services including:

Provides individual, family, and group psychotherapy.
Completes biopsychosocial assessments and intake assessments with a variety of patient population demographics, including, but not limited to individual with chronic mental health diagnoses.
Contributes to daily and weekly treatment team meetings.
Completes master treatment plans and prepares treatment plan updates as required.
Completes all required clinical documentation in a timely manner.
Exemplifies knowledge and experience of various psycho-therapeutic modalities and theories, per the needs of the patient population demographic.
Demonstrates a commitment to maintaining a high-quality standard of care, in alignment with the values and mission of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital.
Demonstrates competent cultural curiosity and sensitivity; shows ability to adjust treatment as clinically and culturally informed.
Practices and promotes excellent communication skills and embraces their representation of San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital's mission, vision and values.

Committed to continual self-growth and development via trainings, courses, seminars, workshops, and continuing education requirements to maintain active license per Board of Behavioral Sciences or California Board of Psychology.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must possess a Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited institution and be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), License Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Educational Psychologist (LEP) or Licensed Psychologist (LP).
Maintains or able to obtain BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
Group and individual psychotherapy experience is required.

PREFERRED:

At least one year of experience in a mental health treatment setting. Experience with chronic mental health diagnoses (including dual diagnoses). Family therapy experience highly preferred.

Pre-Hire and Orientation will be done in Banning, CA.

Employment Location: San Gorgonio Memorial Hospital - Behavioral Health Center located at 1751 N. Sunrise Way, Suite G, Palm Springs, CA. 92262
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30a - 5:00p

PAY / BENEFITS
• Estimated pay: $40.25 to $50.00 per hour based on qualifications (including but not limited to experience, education, certifications, and licensure where applicable).

• Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, basic life and AD&D, optional supplemental life (employee, spouse, and/or child coverage), flexible spending accounts (medical and dependent care), 403b retirement with dollar for dollar match up to 5%, paid time off, and more available depending on employment status.
