Dignity Health- Yavapai Regional Medical Center is seeking a full-time Vein Physician to join our established and growing employed practice in Prescott, AZ. This role will provide patient care in an outpatient setting and see patients for among other conditions venous and lymphatic disease and arterial/diabetic patients. Is dedicated to delivering high quality, compassionate care and access to the patients in the Prescott area.
Is a member of good standing of the medical staff of the hospital.
Is duty licensed to practice medicine in the state of Arizona.
Demonstrates a work history of positive collegial relations with colleagues, support staff, hospital-based providers, administrators and patients.

Office patients: Outpatient clinic with one full time NP, one day per week physician (remote readings), 3 vascular ultrasound techs, 3 RN’s, 3 MA’s and 3 front office/ authorization clerks.
Completion of a residency in medicine in general surgery, vascular surgery, interventional cardiology in ACGME approved programs
Current BC/BE in Vascular Medicine, General Surgery or Phlebology
Valid state medical license as MD or DO
