SOLIDWORKS Drafter

The selected SOLIDWORKS Drafter will be responsible for the development and implementation of drawings, plans, and other documents. SOLIDWORKS Drafter Job Responsibilities

Create detailed fabrication level drawing packages for projects
Work with the manufacturing department to support assembly of components
Travel to plant sites is minimal but could be required for field measurements, installation support and troubleshooting (Travel
SOLIDWORKS Drafter Job RequirementsMust possess a minimum 2+ year(s) of experience in 3D modeling with SOLIDWORKS (preferred)
Certified Associates Degree in Mechanical Drafting/Engineering or other relevant field of engineering with equivalent combination of experience
Expert level 3D detailer and/or Certified SOLIDWORKS Professional preferred
2-4 years of experience with creating drawings of weldments and assemblies
Experience with power transmission equipment including motors, gearboxes, chain drives, shafts & bearings

Knowledge of fabrication processes such as bending, punching, welding, and machining is beneficial
Experience with the municipal water and wastewater industry is encouraged
Experience with material handling systems, electrical power, instrumentation and controls a plus
