Gentle Dental is searching for a Part time Endodontist at our Phoenix, Arizona practices.

Are you an Endodontist in the Surprise or Avondale area looking for a part-time opportunity?   • Flexible part-time for the right candidate

  • Predominantly PPO practice
  • Compensation
  • 50% of production
  • $10,000 signing bonus

Schedule:

  • 2 days a month
  • Additional days may be available in Prescott, Avondale and Surprise

Locations:
4550 E Bell Road, Bldg 8, Suite 178, Phoenix, AZ 85032

Position Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience preferred
  • Endodontic Residency Certificate
  • Current applicable State Dental License (or the ability to acquire one by time of employment)
  • Other licenses/certifications such as CPR, DEA, NPI
