Perform a variety of functions involved with shipping, receiving, storage of parts, materials, and products.
Monitor the Shipping Schedule for all changes.
Ensure the plants are sending the Shipping Program before 2pm
Ensure documents are turned into the front office clerk daily
Report any discrepancies on the program to appropriate plant
Report Damage material and discrepancies for inbound trailers to the appropriate plant
Ensure the Shipping Board is up to date on the Monitor
simple use of formulas, charts, tables, schedules, checking of reports, forms, records, and comparable data, where interpretation is required.
Direct work with chemicals and exposure to chemicals
Operation of loud machinery
Operation of any heavy equipment and/or tools, vehicles
Ability to work 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday, with the ability to work overtime as needed, with ability to work weekends (once trained) on a rotating schedule.
Over 1 year up to and including 3 years relevant supply chain and warehouse experience
~ Good computer skills and keyboard proficiency
~1+ years of forklift operator (sit-down) experience

Valid OSHA certification of powered industrial truck such as Order Picker, Reach Truck, Pacer, Sit Down, etc...
Minimum of two years of experience with MS Office software suite preferred (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bilingual: English / Spanish

S. base pay for full-time position is $19.56 per hour, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc.
