We are currently recruiting ELECTRICAL ENGINEER,(see spec’s)near NEW CASTLE,PA. if this position is of interest to you or if you might know someone please contact John Wilson,The Tidewater Group.Reporting to the Director of Engineering, the Electrical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical systems, schematics, and components for our air curtain products. The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical design, testing, and troubleshooting, as well as familiarity with manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.



Design and develop electrical systems and components for air curtain products
Prepare technical specifications, drawings, wiring diagrams and schematics for electrical systems and components
Collaborate with other engineers and designers to integrate electrical systems into overall product design
Select and source electrical components based on product requirements, cost effectiveness, reliability, and efficiency
Test and evaluate electrical systems and components to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical problems related to electrical systems and components
Conduct electrical simulations, calculations, and modeling to recommend design modifications to improve efficiency, performance, and reliability
Monitor and maintain electrical systems during the manufacturing and production process
Stay up-to-date with new technology and trends in the field of electrical engineering
Work in ERP system to build and maintain bill of materials (BOMs)



Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field as a minimum
Experience building and maintaining BOMs is a plus
Must have strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and products
Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other relevant software programs
Experience in electrical simulations, testing, and prototyping
