As a Child Care Specialist, *you'll have the remarkable chance to contribute directly to the growth of young children* diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). It is an *entry-level role *and *does not require prior certification; *we provide complete training for this position.

Recent college graduates looking to jump start their career: *Psychology graduates, special education graduates, child development grads, teaching degree holders, or similar

Offer *one-on-one support *to children aged 2-6 in a clinic environment, guided by science-backed, naturalistic therapeutic methods

* *Implement intervention plans *crafted by expert clinicians in behavior analysis, speech, and occupational therapy

* Team up with the child's healthcare professionals to provide consistent, high-quality care


Previous experience with children aged 2-6, ideally in a professional capacity

* Computer and tablet literacy

* Preference for college graduates or people pursuing a college degree
