Department: Stepdown Intermediate Care
* Schedule: 36 hours 3x12s Night Shift 6:45pm-7:15am
* Hospital: Vincent's Southside Hospital
* Our busy 19-bed interdisciplinary inpatient unit on the 3rd floor is designed to provide safe personalized high-quality care to those with intricate and higher acuity medical needs. Here we manage and treat patients with complex cardiac, respiratory, neurological, oncology/hematology, urological, renal, wound, and social/psychological needs.

* Travel, PRN, Short-Term Option, etc.). Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization.
* Implement and monitor patient care plans.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
* Registered Nurse credentialed from the Florida Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.
