Embark is opening a new Short Term Residential Program for Greeley CO.
Join us at Embark's newest short term adolescent residential treatment center in Greeley, CO located just outside of Denver.

You will be supported by an experienced Leadership Team, have the opportunity to supervise and develop Associate Therapists that are passionate about making lasting, positive change in the lives of adolescents and their families.
The employer will accept applications until the position is filled. Uphold the highest standards of clinical integrity, ensuring strict adherence to policies, implementing effective therapeutic interventions, and championing our unique Embark clinical approach.
Lead and guide the clinical team with authority and compassion, overseeing the collection of outcome measures, providing adept crisis management support, and ensuring meticulous documentation practices.
Develop and maintain robust systems, processes, and procedures that not only support operational metrics but elevate them to new heights, working in close partnership with the Executive Director.
Ensure unwavering program compliance and actively collaborate with staff, admissions, enrollment, and leadership to uphold operational standards and meet regulatory requirements.
Cultivate and maintain a culture of employee engagement and satisfaction, understanding that a fulfilled team is essential for providing exceptional patient care.
Provide comprehensive training and development opportunities for both clinical and non-clinical staff, ensuring continuous growth and excellence across all facets of the clinic.
CO state Licensure Required (LCSW, LMFT, LPC) must be 2 years post licensure in order to supervise.
Preferred 1-2 years’ experience leading a team in a behavioral health setting.
Excellent leadership skills, strong communication skills, and must be creative with excellent problem-solving skills.
