*Responsible for executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively, and working as a team. Ensures an excellent customer experience by engaging and interacting with all customers, and maintaining a clean and organized store. Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
* Trains and mentors Associates on established merchandising and processing principles
* Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
* Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor
* Ensures Associates complete tasks and activities according to store plan; Organizes and rotates back stock for easy replenishment
* Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards
* Ensures compliance with recycling and, where applicable, hazardous waste programs
* Partners with Management on Associate training needs to increase effectiveness
* Ensures adherence to all labor laws, policies, and procedures
* Supports and participates in store shrink reduction goals and programs
* Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
* 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience
