The ideal candidate will be an innovative thinker, who is collaborative by nature with interest or experience in Occupational Health.About the job:Lead a team of 15 professionals dedicated to the health and safety of Lifespans more than 17,000 employeesTime will be split 50% clinical, 50% administrativeWork collaboratively with a variety of partners to support the strategic vision, direction of Employee and Occupational Health Services, Well-being and Integrated Absence Management for the systemEnsure a systematic approach for the delivery of employee and occupational health care while ensuring compliance with local, state and federal regulations and regulatory requirements as well as equity access and treatment in all areasProvide clinical leadership for system Employee and Occupational Health & Workers Compensation matters and provides subject matter expertise as well as clinical oversight of Occupational Claims for Workers Compensation.
