Respiratory Therapist RRT

Responsibilities:

* Set-up and operates various types of respiratory equipment and deliver physician - prescribed therapy.

* Promotes and ensures continuity in the quality of respiratory care administered by the Respiratory Care department.

* Other procedures or tests that may be required are Pulmonary Function Tests (PFTs), Electroencephalography (EEGs), or Electrocardiographs (ECGs).

* Performs other duties as assigned.

* Takes call as required.


Requirements

* 1-2 years as a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)

* Registered Respiratory Therapist credential with the National Board of Respiratory Care.

* Current license with the State of Montana as a Respiratory Care Practitioner

* Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred

* Pediatric Advanced Life Supports (PALS) preferred

* Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) preferred

* Maintain current CPR certification
