We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager with extensive experience managing Cybersecurity/Vulnerability Management projects. The ideal candidate should be detail oriented with a knack for communication and collaboration and experience working in IT Security environment. Needs to be is a highly collaborative person, working closely with IT and Business stakeholders of the Program.

Responsibilities:

Continuous monitoring of IT General Controls based on NERC regulations
Complete complex IT audits, controls consulting and special projects for IT areas including application controls, General IT Controls (systems development, change management, computer operations, networking, database management, security and emerging technologies), risk management, project management, governance and compliance
Develop audit programs and testing procedures relevant to risk/compliance and test objectives based on NERC regulations
Complete or participate in operational, compliance, and IT Security investigations
Develop, plan, and perform internal audits of IT processes and information systems
Develop in creating narratives and required documentation for IT controls and analysis
Perform Risk and Controls Analysis of the audit area
Identify the audit scope and develop an audit program
Drive/Perform audit testing
Document test results and provide status updates
Obtain buy-in on recommendations and target completion dates
Complete a lessons learned session and send out customer surveys to identify areas of improvement Monitor completion of management action plans.
Provide controls and testing guidance to domain owners and testers
Obtain and review evidence ensuring audit conclusions are well-documented

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years in IT audit required
Must have NERC CIP Auditing experience
Must have experience working in the electric utilities industry
Working Knowledge of security and governance frameworks (i.e. COBIT, NIST)
Good written and oral communication skills
Good interpersonal skills
Good judgment and problem solving skills
CISA, CISSP, or CISM certification preferred
