Life Cycle Engineering (LCE) is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable and delivered on time. Life Cycle Engineering consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our Life Cycle Engineering disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. Life Cycle Engineering seeks an experienced Sr. In this role, you'll be involved in all aspects of system sustainment activities for the PATRIOT system within Integrated Air and Missile Defense, Sensors -Ground Radar Platforms within Land and Air Defense Systems. You will support the lead engineer in gathering information and answering technical questions with respect to repair capabilities and sourcing, obsolescence impacts and depot operations.

Providing general engineering support and product sustainment activities for PATRIOT ground and missile systems.
Acting as a liaison with all engineering disciplines, such as Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Test, Materials and Processes, and Structural design functions
Analyzing material consumption and obsolescence to inform long term product support, including: spares recommendations, maintenance procedure updates, parts and materials substitutions and repair capabilities.
Domestic & International travel may be required (approximately 10% domestic and 5% international)

Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and 5 years of relevant engineering, sustainment and/or field support experience. An advanced degree may account for additional years of experience as required for this position.
S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date. S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

An understanding of the use of the Technical Data Package (drawings, parts lists, interface control documents, and electrical schematics)
Familiarity with factory operations, procedures, and depot flow activities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
