Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is representing a dairy located in Idaho who are seeking a dedicated and experienced Barn Manager to oversee their parlor and barn operations. A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of one of the dairy's barns, ensuring the health and welfare of the herd, and maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and efficiency.Supervise daily milking operations, ensuring protocols are followed for milk quality and animal welfare. Manage a milking team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Manage inventory of supplies and equipment and ensure regular maintenance of machinery.
