The Client Sales Team is the lifeblood of Mind Gym, spreading the word of Mind Gym to our customers, by seeking and developing new accounts and growing existing accounts through relentless drive, tenacity, and most of all knowledge.
They are experts in all things people, helping both their team and clients understand performance challenges and how to solve them through Mind Gym solutions.
This person is a regional leader, along with members of our Solutions Strategy, Client Service, and Solutions team, charged with increasing and leading performance across their geography.
Build strategic relationships with client and accounts both within new and existing business
Support client and prospect meetings and pitches, serving as a senior voice from Mind Gym
Responsible for territory sales planning within your region and for your team members (identifying opportunities, prioritizing effort and approach to maximize market penetration)
Partner with a regional, cross functional, support team with the aim of maximizing revenue across client accounts
For us to best set you up for success, it’s essential that you have demonstrable experience in consultative B2B sales, securing new business, growing existing accounts, as well as people management expertise. We are thought leaders in our space, so having an interest in what drives human performance at work is beneficial.
Self-starters who enjoy, and are experts at managing their time, pipeline and overall workload are more likely to find success and find ultimate enjoyment in this role.
