Mercy Clinic Joplin is seeking a full-time BE/BC Hematology Oncologist to join our well-established Commission on Cancer accredited cancer center in Joplin, Missouri (or at our clinic in Galena, KS 10 miles from our Joplin Center Center). Mercy Joplin is a beautiful five-year-old 240 bed hospital with integrated cancer center focused on individualized care for cancer patients.
Join 3 Hem/Oncs, 2 full time Oncology Nurse Practitioners and 1 Radiation Oncologist
~ Nurse Navigators involved in cancer care, 4 dedicated oncology nurses in the office
~CoC accredited comprehensive community cancer program
~ Call Coverage of only one hospital that is attached to the clinic
~ Clinic is adjacent to Infusion Center with onsite pharmacy
~ Clinical trials through the NCI and Guardian Research Network along with opportunities to open industry trials and write manuscripts
~ Teaching Affiliation with Kansas City University with ability to have medical students in clinic with a stipend
~ System wide EPIC HER
~ Diversity of cases due to catchment area
