*Start: * 05/06/2024
*Duration: *13-week contract (until 08/04/2024)
*Shift: *7pm-7:30am (3 Days per week / 12-hour shifts)
Total of 36 hours per week.
*Pay: *$2710.00 per week gross (based on 36 hours).
The all-inclusive hourly non-local pay rate for this position is $75.27/hr, encompassing a taxable component of $43/hr, along with a per diem of $32.27/hr.
*Roles & Responsibilities*
* ​Implement and monitor patient care plans. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
* Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
* Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.
* Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.
*Certifications & Clearance Requirements*
* Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
* NIH
* Charge nurse experience preferred.
* 2 year minimum experience
* Previous travel experience preferred.
* 2 Professional references
* RN License (NY)
