TLC Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Austell, Georgia.

A Med-Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) is a healthcare professional who provides care for patients with acute medical conditions and complex surgical procedures who require continuous monitoring of vital signs. The RN is responsible for administering medications, performing procedures, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
Assessing, planning, and implementing individualized patient care
Monitoring and interpreting patient vital signs and other diagnostic tests
Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
Educating patients and families about their conditions, treatments, and discharge planning
Current state nursing license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred
At least 2 years of recent experience in a Med-Surg Telemetry unit
Knowledge of healthcare technology and medical equipment
Working in a Med-Surg Telemetry unit can be both challenging and rewarding. The RN must also be compassionate and empathetic towards patients and their families, as they play a critical role in helping them navigate their healthcare journey.
This is a not full time but contracted travel position.
