'...The Lead CLS is responsible for the daily operations of the hematology, urinalysis, and coagulation, including review of records and oversight of equipment maintenance. The Individual is responsible for the validation, development, and/or implementation of new procedures, policies, equipment, and software updates in the hematology/urinalysis/coagulation. The Lead CLS is also responsible for the training and competency of all lab staff assigned to work in the department. In addition, the Lead CLS completes the monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual QA/QC, correlation, linearity, etc. reports..
