Full Time shifts 3 or 4 days/week, 14 shifts every 4 weeks Employed Sign-On Bonus:

$2500 Compensation:

Qualifications: - FM Board Certified - Minimum of 3 years of experience working in urgent care or emergency room - Must be eligible for DOT certification and USCIS certification (AFC will pay for certification)
