Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, patient-driven care to residents
Evaluate medications and treatment plans
Educate and guide LPNs, CNAs, and staff
Communicate effectively with patients and families
Participate in program development and training

Requirements:
Valid RN license in MA
Minimum 1 year of experience
Fully vaccinated with at least one COVID-19 booster
Reliable transportation (car or public transit)
