This license is required by the state of NH in order to staff for temporary RN needs. Cheshire will not consider "Local Travelers" (those who reside within 50 miles of facility). Covid vaccinations strongly recommended, but not requiredPLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS ASSIGNMENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER PERM PLACEMENT OR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT. As of 1/1/24 – all new and returning agency staff must have de-escalation training as part of their onboarding and clearance. Facility As of 1/1/2024 - ALL new AND returning agency staff must have completed training from one of following groups for onboarding and clearance. Welle - (Verbal De-escalation bundle training required) OR CPI - OR PMCS - visit per year# of beds: 20, newly renovated Emergency department with state of the art monitors and communication devices.Traveler provided professional scrubs (no logos)Trauma Level: IIIPatient population: Newborn-GeriatricProvide nursing care to patients from infancy through the adult life cycle, utilizing knowledge of age related growth and development to individualize the nursing process and functioning in accordance with the nursing philosophy, and objectives, the standard's of care, and the standards of practice.The key to Emergency Medical Services is the relationship between the Emergency Department staff and the rescuers.Working as a team, our pre-hospital, emergency department and in-hospital personnel rely on each other completely. From first responder to ambulance crew to paramedic to emergency room staff to trauma surgeon, there is no separation in our efforts.Non-Billable Orientation: 0Multipliers (OT, Holiday, Call-Back): 1.PLEASE DO NOT UPLOAD A TRAVELER TO THIS ASSIGNMENT WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANOTHER PERM PLACEMENT OR TRAVEL ASSIGNMENT.
