Job Details

Belton Regional Medical Center is a 71-bed acute care facility offering a full range of inpatient and outpatient services. Hospital Features include Digital Mammography Accreditation, Accredited Clinical Laboratory, Outpatient Rehab FOTO Award, and participation in the Joint Commission Stroke Center Certification program.

Job Requirements

Schedule Information

Weekends: 3 weekend shifts per month Call Requirements: None

Unit Specific Information

Location: 2 West, Main Building, 2nd Floor. Number of Beds - 27 Staffing details: Day Shift – 1 CNC, 5-6 RN, 3 CNA; Night Shift - 1 CNC, 5-6 RN, 3 CNA Patient Ratios – 1:5-6 EMR system in use: Meditech Typical procedures performed: General Surgery, Echo, EKG, Colonoscopy, TEE, EEG, wound vac Equipment used: Welch-Allen Vital sign machines, Glucometers, Polar Ice, CBI Dress Code: Scrub Color - RN/LPN Grey, PCT/CNA Navy Awards/Recognition: Daisy Award winners, Bee Awards, Peer to Peer recognition

Additional Details

Opportunities for resourcing, precepting, and working with students. Open to block scheduling for travelers, and orientation to unit/policy/procedure provided. Belton is a community hospital with cohesive and easy to access providers. Case management and PT/OT/ST on the same floor as unit. MDRs held daily to coordinate care for patients.
