Financial Planning and Advisor Support Specialist

If you enjoy working with advisors and helping to create client’s financial plans and other analysis documents, we would like to talk to you Our dynamic, fast-paced wealth management firm in Wethersfield, CT is looking to expand our in-office team. We have the tools and resources to help you build a great future while sharing your expertise
- High level of communication and follow-through skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Motivated and driven by reaching goals and growth
- Financial Industry knowledge/experience preferred
- Experience with MS Office and Salesforce preferred
- Ability to meet deadlines and attention to detail
- 4 Year college degree in business or finance
- Responsible for assisting Financial Advisors in creating risk reports, income analysis, and one page deliverable for prospective client meetings.
- Prepare documents for upcoming review appointments with existing clients.
- Manage Salesforce data & ensure records are kept.
- Produce additional analysis reports for advisors as requested.
- Maintain accurate filing records to satisfy federal regulator requirements.
- Support the client service department with any additional tasks.
