English Program Coordinator

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication and organizational skills, along with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception to completion.
The position requires strong Project Management skills and the ability to drive results working with cross-functional partners. Understanding of the Digital ad industry, knowledge of the family of apps, and analytical background will be of added advantage.
The ideal candidate will be working on large, scaled global projects, and will get good exposure to ad products and work with different cross-functional teams, globally.
Manage all workstreams related to program activation.
Partner with various cross-functional teams like Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, and Legal to deliver Programs.
Act as a program activation STO - manage meeting cadences, processes, and documentation.
Use data to develop reports on progress including status updates to executive leaders.
Manage inbound from Sales and other stakeholders - questions, queries & escalations.
Performance Evaluation:
Performance will be evaluated based on project management capabilities (ability to manage large complex projects), effective communication skills (oral & written), and ability to deliver in partnership with cross-functional partners. The individual will be expected to pull data and analyze reports, identify issues, point out insights, make improvements, and drive adoption with minimal supervision.
Strong knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.
Knowledge of Digital Advertising and products.
Good analytical skills - ability to work with data to create meaningful reports and provide insights.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
