AMG Specialty Hospital - Oklahoma City is offering a $10,000 Sing-On Bonus* for Full Time Charge Nurses, RN for All Shifts with ICU/Step-down/critical care experience
Supervises the patient care activities performed by other RNs, LPN/LVNs, and CNAs. Communicate with Physicians/CCO/staff, as appropriate about changes in patient’s clinical condition including results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Responsible for fostering a positive milieu in the hospital. Keeps CCO and CEO apprised of situations that may place facility at risk. Provides direct patient care as required based on staffing and patient acuity.
ICU, Step-down or critical care experience is preferred
Shift Differentials paid for all Night and Weekend Shifts
* $10,000- Sign-On Bonus or Tuition Reimbursement is offered as per the terms of an Employment Assistance Agreement with a 2-year minimum commitment.

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Acute care experience is preferred.
Able to communicate effectively and positively in English, both verbally and in writing.
