Reporting to the Singe-Case Agreement (SCA) Manager, the Inside Sales Associate will help families in our autism care program navigate the SCA process. Inside Sales Associate will serve as a utilization-review advocate for families regarding authorizations from health insurance providers. The primary job focuses on data entry, follow-up calls, and negotiations. The successful candidate will be sales-oriented with a keen sense of empathy.
*Use inside-sales techniques to identify and engage potential clients, promote our ABA services, and explain the benefits of single-case agreements
* Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities to enhance expertise in the ABA and ASD fields
*2+ years of experience in admissions or inside sales, preferably in the ABA or ASD service industry
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
*Proven sales aptitude
* Proper telephone etiquette
* 15 days of PTO (increases with tenure by company policy)
