Sodexo is seeking a Full Time Registered Dietitian for a Clinical Nutrition Manager at PIH Health Hospital in Downey, CA. In this role, the selected candidate will oversee the Clinical Nutrition Department and manage a team of 6 in all areas of patient care.
This is also a great opportunity to gain managerial experience with the clinical team.
PIH Health has a variety of units including an Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
PIH Health Downey utilizes the outpatient Nutrition and Wellness Center at PIH Health Whittier campus.

The successful candidate will:
Be a Registered Dietitian with at least 1 year experience in acute care;
be responsible for the supervision of Clinical Nutrition Services Department and clinical team ;
represent department at meetings and patient conferences;
documentation is required in the All Scripts program;
ensure consistency in day-to-day management and nutritional functions and ensures unit level, corporate, employee relations, safety, training, and unit operating systems compliance;
be patient focused to ensure patient safety and regulatory compliance and be actively involved in Diversity Awareness;
be highly involved in driving HCAHPS scores and patient satisfaction to meet or exceed set target and have working knowledge of CA state & federal employment law;
work closely with the management team to meet the needs of Sodexo as well as the client and be directly involved in continuous quality improvement.
