We invite a passionate and experienced Family Medicine Physician (Board Eligible/Board Certified) to join our team at a Federally Qualified Health Center in New York. Our mission is to provide exceptional, accessible healthcare to all members of the community, regardless of medical, social, or economic background. Work Schedule: Monday to Friday hours, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and no weekends or inpatient rounding required
Our call coverage is consultative/virtual only and shared among providers
Manage a range of primary care cases with the support of a dedicated team, seeing approximately 18-22 patients per day
Our clinic offers services including ADHD management, diabetes care, hypertension, acute illnesses, minor wound care, HIV treatments, reproductive health, and much more
