Inpatient Care Manager RN

Joseph Health is calling an Inpatient Care Manager, RN to work onsite at our St. Luke's Rehabilitation Institute in Spokane, WA.
The Internal Case Manager for Inpatient Rehabilitation, in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team, coordinates the patient stay and discharge planning from the time of admission to the time of discharge. The Internal Case Manager supports the delivery of quality care in the most cost effective way by managing the human, material and financial resources needed for individual healthcare needs. All employees are expected to be pleasant, respectful and courteous in all interactions with patients, families, staff, and visitors of the Institute, as well as being a positive representative of the hospital at all times.
