3,000 SIGN ON BONUS**
Provides patient education on provider plan of care; Phones in prescriptions and documents per physician order in patient chart; LPN/Triage documents phone note on each patient call and holds document to provider; Records accurate, concise, legible documentation pertaining to the patient history and phone conversation. Assists other staff as needed; Provides back-up coverage for staff and manager; assists in daily office routine when needed in other areas. Graduate of a school of practical nursing.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years as a Licensed Practical Nurse with competence in all aspects of nursing care and independent decision making; telephone triage, emergency medicine, orthopaedics adult/pediatric ambulatory care, home health care, or ICU preferred.
