Job Details

Specialty in Diagnostic Imaging Will take weeknight/weekend call Responsible for a variety of technical duties necessary to the acquisition of echocardiographic examinations and maintenance of the normal operation of the adult echocardiography laboratory Performs and processes echocardiographic examinations of all testing modalities including two-dimensional, three dimensional, M-mode, Doppler, and special procedures and exercise techniques Performs emergency procedures when necessary; transports equipment and patients Analyzes and files echocardiographic data utilizing digital computer analysis systems Assists in developing and maintaining internal training programs and in technical instruction of echocardiographic techniques Assists in approved research activities Performs mobile Echo service as directed Interprets and follow policies and guidelines to define procedures and meet goals and deadlines Work is typically performed in a clinical environment Accountable for satisfying all job specific obligations and complying with all organization policies and procedures

Job Requirements

Graduate of Cardiac Ultrasound Training Program- (is required) ARDMS or RCS Certification Travel to provide staffing coverage at outreach clinic sites as needed

Schedule Information

Location: Shamokin Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Agency Labor On Call is a requirement for this position and will be discussed during interview process
